Good value very close to Newport
8.0Given prices in and near Newport it was a good value. Comfortable Well equipped. Very good shower in small but adequate bathroom.
− There were some small ants around the sink and might have been a mouse. We saw some evidence of that but can't be sure.
Very convenient to the venues we were visiting.
5.0− Outdated. Not enough electrical outlets, counter space, lighting, mirrors.

8.0Location is everything! Minutes from the Cliff Walk, Newport and The Mansions on Bellevue.
− The motel is OK . Has had some cosmetic updates but still an older facility. However location is great.
Very bad & fradulent managment
1.0It was the cheapest option
− It was just on a street anybody could walk up to your door or window from street. Furthermore the property management is shady, they just charged me for a broken window pane after I checked out, it seems they use this fraudulent tactic towards people who do a short stay or have booked through an app
