8.0Staff are the strong point. To a person they were friendly and helpful. I would call out Tom the server, Paul the bartender and Cristal and Adrianna on the front desk. These folks went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
What a GREAT hotel!
10.0This was truly one of the best hotels we've stayed in at this price. The room was spacious, clean, stylish, quiet and the temperature was perfect. The room came with a steamer for our clothes which was a nice perk. One of the elevators was out of service, so it did take a while to catch one that wasn't completely full in the morning, but it wasn't too bad. Most guests chuckled about it. No big deal. I would say I'm a fairy picky traveler, and I get the ick from hotels pretty easily. Not this time. I highly recommend this hotel!
