8.0Room was clean. The carpet was worn by the door The safety chain was missing. But the room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. It was a spacious room. Enjoyed my stay.

6.0This place seems to be transition and much needed remodel. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and there were no room darkening shades so we had a street light shining in our window the first night. We got a blanket from desk clerk to block the light for our 2nd night. The bathroom shower unit was brand new but the towel racks had not been replaced. There was a big chunk out of the counter in the kitchen and the tile floor. The GM of the hotel was very kind and told us they will be upgrading everything.

2.0Waited 20 minutes to check in due to nobody at desk, rooms reeked with disinfectant, strong smell checked out next day and went somewhere else
