2.0When we arrived at the hotel about an hour before check in, we were greeted with an extremely dirty look by the girl at the desk. When I asked if we could check in she could not have been more obnoxious and rude. We were told to come back in an hour when the room would be ready. I’ve never had an issue checking in anywhere before the posted check in time. But we left and came back only to have a different girl at the desk tell us the room has been ready and she wasn’t sure why we were sent away. The room was ok, very small but it was ok for one night. The main reason I will not return here is the rudeness of the first employee we dealt with.

3.0It was close to where I needed to be.
− My toilet stopped flushing and the person that was suppose to come fix it never showed and I had to go to the lobby everytime I need to use the restroom!!! Such an inconvenience!!
