− I checked into the hotel on 7/17 with no issues and was promptly given my room keys. When I went up to the room, the bed sheets were stained with yellow/brown spots and there was dust and cob webs on the furniture. The room smelled like mold and the restroom smelled like old urine. When I went to the front to advise of this, the front desk clerk gave me another room. This time, when I went to that room and swiped the key, the slam lock instantly prevented me from opening up the door fully - there was another guest in that room. I went back and the clerk seemed surprised that the 2nd room he gave me was occupied. I immediately asked for a refund. This was all at 1 in the morning, we had driven 12 hours to get to this hotel and could not find another hotel with occupancy near the area. I was traveling with my family (my husband, my toddler, my mother). Terrible experience, especially after being on the road so many hours.

Do not stay at this hotel. Filthy is an understatement. Look at photos of showerhead. Room was dirty as well- filled with cobwebs, my socks were black after walking on floor for a few minutes. Could not even get a refund- Wyndham gave me points to use on another night- had to fight to get enough points for a free night instead of what they wanted to give. To send these pictures and not get a refund is shocking. Wyndham needs to rethink who they share their name with and someone needs to be inspecting units here.

Staff was friendly

− Room smelled, door didn’t seal properly, drapes didn’t block out the light above the office shining on the parking lot. Bathroom door was difficult to close because it dragged on the floor
