Unpleasant stay, very surprised Hilton put their name on property without fixing it up.

− Stayed six nights prepaid it would have left. Dilapidated in need of renovation. Toilet was running at checkin, improperly installed flap which I fixed. Spotty room service, days apart, we had to find maid to get toilet paper and towels. Elevator stopped working one day and we had to walk up eight flights to fourth floor which at age 75 was very difficult. Hallways way overdue for update with torn wall paper and damaged trim throughout. Hallways not air conditioned and very hot and stuffy first four days. Outside landscaping in need of major work.

It was for one night. I was charged twice for my pet & had to request a refund.
5.0Didn’t eat. Tried to make hit tea but hit water pump was empty so I walked into the back kitchen & got hit water.
− Back entry area was very dirty, entry floor was dirty.
Will definitely stay here again.
10.0Everything was clean and very well taken care of. Beds were very comfortable.
− Only thing elevator could be looked at.
Would not recommend to friends and family.

− Elevator, can't do stairs. Hot, didn't work alot....door would close. Then open again. Like 3x. Garbages over flowing , outside also I've called the last few months, asking for close rooms. I paid for a king with couch, I can't sleep in bed. That was on 4th floor and our other room was on second. Wish I would have known that months ago. So I got a cheaper room next to the other. I got screwed on money. Just bread, bagels, and yogurt. By 8am. Nothing was filled up. No coffee. Creamer was empty. Boiled eggs were empty. It was sad. Kids cereal was stale. Very few towels in pool. I had to clean air conditioner filter. Fan in bathroom was pulled out, not sure why, so I pushed it back In. No ice bag/box in room.
