− The cleanliness of the room. Wall behind headboard was falling apart.
We will not use this location again nor booking.com.

− Bathrooms and showers were not clean in multiple rooms. I cancelled 2 of my rooms before arrival, over 24hours before check in time and booking.com and the hotel seem to be conspiring to keep me from getting them taken off my bill. The hotel staff have been extremely unhelpful regarding this issue.

− Rudeness of guy up front I was sitting in the game room just getting up to move around and he came in said quit moving around stay on one side.
I made due with what was offered.
5.0Bed was clean and comfortable.
− Floor was in need of a through cleaning. Stained and kinda sticky. No coffee maker in room. No ice bucket or ice machine. WIFI didn't work or was really really slow. TV didn't work properly because of poor WIFI?
