− Construction, no pillows, no running water in the shower

1.0Check in was refused to my husband so we didnt have to stay.
− We did not stay. We were refused check in to my husband. Also, smelt moldy and construction on site, water shuttle off during certain times. My child is medically ill and can NOT be in that environment. Still haven't recieved my refund.
Grateful for a roof over my head and a bed for sleep. Pet feces needed to be addressed.
8.0My situation was dire due to not having a place to stay for a period of time and being homeless was very stressful. I am very appreciative that your company was able to give me a week of rest. The room was comfortable and enough for me during the time I occupied the room.
− My biggest dissatisfaction with the location was due to the other residents/guest who did not pick up after pets. . Pet feces were so bad and smelled bad. No breakfast as advertised, workout room was not usable due to renovations.

2.0Location good but room floor peeling,doors cracked... No intercom... Bad experience..
− Considering distance to exit,intercom could have been a plus.. Floor tiles peeling in room 343... Room too dark ...bedside light not working...TV not working... Not coming back
