Average, and did not meet my expectations for a Hyat product.

− Room was not too clean, mirrors dirty, decorative carpet under bed dirty. No bathrobe, no extra towels, had to request these. Power went out over 30 minutes and could not reach anyone to verify if entire property or just my room. Had to ask a guest next door.
Rooms arr not very well mai tained. Breakfast is limited

Practical without charm
6.0Hôtel is super well located, near all Restaurants and big companies offices just 10mn safe walk so it’s perfect. Nice restaurants in the street. Large parking also. Rooms are very spacious and clean, with large TV Now this is where it’s gets less good : AC is so noisy that I felt back to the 90’s (and you’d better plan for some Decoration: what decoration ? Breakfast : frankly go somewhere else. Coffe in a carton cup, limited options and plastic wrapped fruits and quite lame section to seat.

10.0During my currrent stay at Hyatt overall experience was excellent. The staff has been highly professional, courteous, and always willing to help with any request. From check-in to daily interactions, the service has been outstanding and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Every team member I have encountered has gone above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this Hyatt property to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a comfortable guest experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable.
