− Receptionist very unfriendly Fridge was making big noise. It was like sleeping inside a washmachine

1.0− The rooms are very old with most things falling apart. Bathroom drawers fall out when trying to open. Wardrobe doors fall off when trying to open. Main bedroom door doesn't shut. These were just some of the stuff that were not up to standard for the price we paid. Noise from upstairs is unbearable. Some staff were rude when we asked to get the room upstairs to be quiet.
