4.0Needs Updates - everything in this facility is quite dated - bath fixtures, bed, AC/Heat unit. There are phone jacks and yellowed outlet plates. When I turned the heat on, a burning smell filled the room. Doors, hardware, furniture are in need of remodel. My room was above a generator of some sort which made sleep challenging.
