9.0Location was great but it was a pity that stairs are not advertised.
− Although the property is advertised as having a lift, our room was in the next building which did not have a lift. This was a problem for us and detracted from the experience. Management was unable to change rooms. As Venice is a place without seats, we were not able to go to our room and rest during the day. We were exhausted. The stairs were narrow and impacted our knees and back. We were in severe pain for our stay. Also, management turned the air conditioner for the whole hotel to heating. The room was hot and when we turned the air conditioner off the room was stuffy. We had to open a window to sleep and it was noisy and 10 degrees Also we were not told in advance of the free Burano tour and made other arrangements for that time slot and paid for an expensive Burano experience.
