2.0This hotel advertises itself as 5 stars but feels far from it. Customer service is slow and impersonal, and the place is chaotic and overcrowded with no sense of personalized experience. Definitely not worth the price or the rating. I left disappointed and frustrated. This hotel fails to deliver on the luxury it promises and should not be listed as 5 stars. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a genuine high-end experience to look elsewhere.

10.0Fantastic hotel, pool and facilities. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Only downside is there never seemed to be enough sunbeds and despite the hotels ‘no reserve’ policy the usual early race for the towels on the bed was rife
