4.0Get whatever mold is on the ceiling, off the ceiling
− The fact i was there for a week and never saw room service, my girlfriend and i had been locked out of our room 3 times a day every day
If they just get organized and check on their cleanness it can be a wonderful place.
5.0Closeness to the places of interest
− I had booked that hotel for 3 days straight with kids but trust me,i felt like giving up the second day because we requested for room cleaning services and trash collection from the manager on duty and even left a written notice but nothing happened! Coming back later from our tiresome day and meeting up with dirty towels from the first day I felt like we were neglected for what I paid for!! They didn’t care until we left and nothing was done! Can’t come back. It’s filthy and cleaners don’t even care doing their job!

Five minutes from boardwalk and great beach stay
8.0Loved the welcoming staff and the indoor warm pool and awesome hot tub. Breakfast was great and coffee and tea in lobby 24 hours. The beds were nice and comfy and windows screen blocked light perfectly.
− We had to ask for towels as 1 towel was not going to be enough.
