Vies en duur met een fijne ligging
4.0De locatie t.o.v. het centrum van York was perfect. Tegenover het hotel had je ook nog een Wetherspoons, wat heel handig was. Het was 5 minuten lopen naar The Shambles, helemaal fijn.
− De hygiëne; de kamer was vies en stoffig bij binnenkomst. Daarnaast kon je je niet terugtrekken naar je kamer in de middag, want de kamers werden niet schoongenaakt tussendoor. Dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt. Andere kamergasten kwamen schone handdoeken en rollen wc papier bij de balie halen. Afspraken maken bij de balie over de schoonmaak was ook een loze opgave, want die werden niet nageleefd. Ik vraag me af of het überhaupt schoongemaakt zou worden als we het niet hadden gevraagd. Toen de kamer eindelijk werd "schoongemaakt" was dit allesbehalve in orde. Jammer. Prijsgewijs niet oké, duur voor wat je terugkrijgt.
