9.0The female staff member, Louis, was very attentive and friendly, and the Turkish gentleman was also very helpful. I had booked more rooms than necessary via Booking.com, and they assisted me with the refund. I had stayed at the Ritz-Carlton by the sea last year, but there is no need to spend that much money; you can stay here and use their beach, plus this hotel’s pool was delightful and the natural surroundings were beautiful.

The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburon will be undergoing renovation from May 17, 2026 to September 27, 2026. During this renovation, all guestrooms will be updated along with the lobby. The front driveway/porte-cochere will be closed during this timeframe due to the large cranes that will be required for the renovation.
