5.0Tons to do and good food in walking distance and all around. Go eat at The Upper Crust and ask for Carlie yummy food especially the brisket and cherry mule drink The rooms are new and very clean
− They didn’t tell me until after I paid that the spa, pool etc were all under renovation so we couldn’t use them and we should go down the street to swim - literally wtf. This hotel has NO ice bucket in the room so bring your own is what I was told after check out - no coffee pot, no microwave like zero room amenities. The price is too high for this place. Maybe when they are done “renovating” it will be better. Also didn’t have tissue in the room had to go down and ask for some - manager I talked to 2 days later said she would be refunding me 50% haven’t seen it and they even tried to charge me full price for the room again although the full price plus another $50 is still on hold. They also will charge you $100 at midnight without telling you at check in.

10.0The hotel room was set up more like a home than a hotel which I loved. The bedroom had its own door to close too! I like that the living room area & the bedroom each had a TV. I was happy to be able to watch real TV & not have to figure out how to stream shows.

10.0The rooms were seemingly brand new. It was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Very spacious and had the living room area separate from the bedroom. The towels were brand new and super soft.
− The pool and hot tub were under renovation while we were there.
Hotels are supposed to accommodate guests, not the other way around
1.0They advertised pet friendly and the price was reasonable
− They were not in fact pet-friendly, and I could not book another room elsewhere because either booking or the hotel had a hold on my money, I spent the night in my car with two cats, spending hours on hold to speak to uninterested representatives from both Booking and Wyndham who would give a long explanation of why they can’t help me and it’s someone else’s fault—it was maddening, I was furious

9.0Well maintained and clean! Loved that there was a hot tub and a pool and the pool was heated! Love that there is a noise cerfew. Close to outlet shopping and downtown
− The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.
