4.0Upstairs was under construction, although there was no improvement/change during our 4 days there. The hottub was dirty, various hair, lint, and other debris floating in the water. Barn doors on the bathrooms were something that our 3-rooms worth of guest could ALL agree are a terrible idea. On the PLUS side, the breakfast was fantastic, the service was great, and the hotel shuttle was super handy since we rented a car from somewhere not located at the airport. The bed was comfortable enough, it wasn't too noisy, and overall it was an ok stay.

8.0The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. My only complaint is the bed pillows. They are too small and not enough. I asked for more pillows twice but never received them. Other than that, it was a great stay!
