Ok, aber es gibt Besserungsbedarf
7.0Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, Pool und Saunalandschaft waren sehr gut, Lage schön nah am Schloss und man ist schnell in der Stadt. Kleiner Kühlschrak und ein Safe vorhanden.
− Abendessen könnte mehr Abwechlung haben können. Salate immer gleich. Essen nicht sehr warm, leere Behälter z. Bsp. beim Fleisch wurden nur schleppend nachgefüllt. Bedienung am Abend war mangelhaft, mussten 15 min auf Getränkebestellung warten, und nochmal 15 min, bis die Getränke kamen. Es gab wenig Stauraum im Zimmer, nur ein Haken zum Aufhängen. Nur ein Fahrstuhl, und der war 11/2 Tage defekt. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Balkon, Bad zu klein, keine Gage am Fenster.
Lovely place, but not the best for the hot summer months.
9.0The hotel is lovely, with a great pub next door to eat, great swimming pools indoors and out, a pretty nature walk behind it, and the amazing Schloss Arolsen and attractive town to explore right there. The staff was also very helpful when we needed to make a change. Plus it's a good deal for all of this.
− Unfortunately, without AC, it was very warm in the room during our late June visit. The outdoor pool was then quite crowded. Maybe in an upper room you could leave the window wider open for a good breeze to at least cool off at night? But since our room was on the first floor and you could only tilt the back door windows open, we decided not to stay our second planned night.

9.0Locatie was top! Mooi hotel met veel faciliteiten. Junior kamer was ruim en schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid.
