Wonderful stay
10.0Good location. Room was comfortable and roomy. Slept well. Kickback snacks and breakfast made for a more relaxing stay.
− The pool had an extremely strong chlorine smell.
Better than expected
8.0We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview! One of our favorite perks was the complimentary Kickback, which included food and drinks each evening, along with a delicious free breakfast each morning. It was such a great value for our family. The assistant manager truly went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, and their outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. Our kids had a blast in the pool, and we really appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
The food was bad
6.0The service was amazing the people and the room. But when I got up to eat breakfast I ate a couple bites of eggs and I felt very sick I went back up to my room and I threw up to where I there I was crying. Also why do you have every door locked to where you have to use your key card at every door even tho the doors are 2 feet’s apart and there’s another lock.
What a beautiful hotel, located in the heart of the city!
8.0The afternoon "kickback" in the mezzanine, complete with a free buffet dinner and 3 free cocktails was a wonderful touch! Also had dinner at the restaurant, AVI Seabar & Chophouse, and it was absolutely incredible!! Decor was lovely, and staff was very nice!!
Exceptional value for the quality of the room
9.0I was very nervous about the hotel because the price was so good, but I was pleasantly surprised by the room as well as the lobby area. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast but there were ample selections and the food was fresh.
− Getting luggage to the room was challenging for me. The parking garage was across the street but did have a nice walkway. It would have been very helpful to have some luggage carts in the garage. Also. I sent four messages through the booking.com app and they never responded. I got so nervous about them ghosting my messages that I called the 800 number listed on booking to speak to them and that number did not work. I finally called directly and confirmed my reservations and was able to ask my questions. Staff was training the new person when I checked in and the trainee was friendly but the trainer never smiled, never welcomed me, or made direct eye contact so that was weird. But overall the stay was nice and I would stay here again
