The whole stay was on point - just what we needed

6.0Helpful staff, breakfast and lobby area
− Due to extreme heat and the hotel NOT being air conditioned, we suffered in our room with only a small table fan. The window only opened about 6 inches and had no screen to keep out insects. Did not have adapters for US appliances. Staff said they used to have them but guests didn't return them. I would have been happy to pay a rental fee. Tinyest commercial elevator I have ever seen! Hotel needs to update guest room area. Lobby and breakfast area had been updated and were nice (and cool!).

− The hotel rooms have no air conditioning so very uncomfortable in the summer when I went. Top floor was like a sauna and did not sleep well at all
