No Air conditioning and poor customer service recovery. Would never stay at this property again
1.0The staff were pleasant.
− The room was ok and to be expected for the price. The problem was that the air conditioning was not working, so the temperature stayed at a constant 28 °C. There was a small fan that made so much noise when it was pushing the hot air around the room. We got hardly any sleep. When I bought this up with the manager. It was suggested that all the rooms were like that because of the heatwave. NOT A GOOD ANSWER!!!
