Gelukkig waren we maar kort op de kamer en de rest was oké
5.0− Kamers waren voor een 4 sterren hotel heel zwak. Wc spoelde niet goed door. Geen airco op de kamer . Kraan van de keuken was stuk , deuren aan de kast ontbraken. Diner in het restaurant was smakeloos

− Spa-Bereich alt und unsauber. Geblockte Kaution wurde nach fast einem Monat immer noch nicht freigegeben! Personal nicht hilfsbereit

5.0La vue bien le parcours spa bien avec jet correct. Décoration accueil personnel serviable aimable. Petit déjeuner incroyable tout est à disposition.
− Le matelas trop dur, équipements comme le micro-onde des années 2000 avec la teinte blanche qu'on imagine passé par le jaune pour un 4 étoiles bof. Pas différent jet de douche . Pas de communication sur la caution avec la carte 100€ au départ. Indication dès le départ pas de voiture mais deux jours après facture débit programmé pour parking voiture ( imaginaire) -20€ il faut revoir l'accueil pour indiquer cette erreur ou pas faut débiter le maximum à Emeria. Problème sonore bruit la nuit quand les voisins rentrent.. Ps: si spa dans l'après-midi pas de transats disponible.

− Kamer bgg grond gevraagd. Was niet beschikbaar. Na veel aandringen in het uiterste hoekje van het niet gerenoveerde gedeelte kamer op de b.g.g. grond gekregen . Niet al te grote kamer. In dit gedeelte van het hotel geen airco terwijl het 42 graden was. Ook geen airco in centrale ruimte.
