10.0I had to stay in Philadelphia due to my Frontier flight being canceled. My hotel voucher was for Comfort Inn in Chester. After a horrible, nightmare experience at the airport for 8 hours, I was pleasantly surprised to see how wonderful my accommodations turned out. The room, bed, shower, microwave and refrigerator were fabulous! The extra additions in the room such as the clothes iron, the little reading lights on the nightstands and the excellent complimentary bathroom products were very helpful and thoughtful. I was able to stay for breakfast in the morning and it was much needed and I appreciated it. Big thank you to Rose and the shuttle drivers for dealing with quite a few exhausted, hangry, irritated individuals. I saw numerous people having a bad day take it out on the poor staff. I thought the customer service was exceptional. I told Rose that after everything I had been through arriving at the Comfort Inn and settling in to my lovely room made up for the nightmare, slightly. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. They did a wonderful job!

− I ended up not staying at the hotel. Though it says it's an airport hotel, it no where close to the airport. It was decent on outside, however when I went to try to check in early. The lobby was not appealing at all, very unkempt. I was told I couldn't check in early so I decided to find a place to eat. Note the hotel stated there was resturants on site but wasn't. When we drive into hotel I noticed it was kind of a seedy neighborhood, but decided to give it a chance. After driving around to find a resturant in the area and it only getting worse, I decided to cancel my reservation and stay elsewhere.
So bad we left!
2.0We were sent here by American Airlines after canceled flight. Hotel filthy, reeked of pot, staff very rude. Beds had dirty sheets and trash in hallways.
