We couldnt stay and it was the hotel fault and didnt do anything to help
1.0− When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed us that our reservation had been canceled and that the hotel was completely sold out. As a result, we had to find another hotel to stay in. What is most concerning is that we had all the details of our reservation and had even received a welcome email confirming our stay. However, the receptionist told us that our room was no longer available because it had been sold to someone else, leaving us with no choice but to change hotels at the last minute.
It’s too bad they can’t take care of their customers because it would be a nice place to stay

− I asked every day if they could take a look at my shower because it was not producing any hot water and no one likes to take a cold shower in the morning and a cold shower at night every day you stay there for a week I complained every day and nothing was done about it Further, their toilets do not flush property in the water runs all night, and you can hear it
The desk was not cleaned at all. One of the night stands had crumbs so it wasn’t cleaned at all either. Then the headboa
1.0It’s about a 5 minute walk from the airport
− It wasn’t cleaned properly. I have worked in the cleaning industry for over 15 years, I know it’s not easy but the things I found were absolutely not ok. I didn’t report it because I stayed at this same location before and also found things I didn’t like but I also don’t like to complain much. I was for sure will think about reserving a stay here again.
