− Por retrasos en los vuelos, solo pudimos llegar al hotel 1 hora antes del checkout y la manager no nos quería dejar usar las habitaciones, esa hora para bañarnos. Después de nosotros mostrar nuestro desacuerdo nos dejó usar solo una habitación para que nos bañáramos 5 personas. Nosotros éramos 5 y teníamos reservado 2 habitaciones. La verdad fueron muy desconsiderados

− I asked to have my room cleaned and it never happened. I was told it would but it didn’t. Coffee area was a mess late in the day and no coffee offered.
