We were a late check in at 11p. The desk staff member had a “ couldn’t be bothered” attitude. Handed me a card with keys

6.0I booked a suite which is the biggest room they had available. In town for a funeral, didn’t check in till 10pm staying one night, pretty much a in-out experience. 2 adults and 4 children (which one still sleeps with me) The room had 2 queen and pull out sofa (remember this was a suite) The man behind the counter was super rude and made us book another room. Because I was 1 person over, now 4 kids 2 adults for a 3 bed room. Also the fact he was super rude about it too. I will never stay again.
