The hotel is very unique, like travelling back in time. The views from hotel in the evening are amazing. The infinity pool was amazing with spectacular views

− My room very nosy. The balcony doors and windows are not sound proof at all. I could hear cars below which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast buffet was mediocre

Yes. Its own classification data carries five stars; that rating, not a style label, is what puts a property in this collection.

Good to know

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 June 2014, the Penang State Government will be imposing a local government fee of MYR 3 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check in.

- The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

- Please note that for bookings of 3 rooms or single booking with more than 3 nights and above, the hotel requires a 30% prepayment upon reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
