Excellent location and very nice staff.

− Rather pricey but I guess that is expected in Central London. Breakfast was nice but would have loved some english cheddar! A mini fridge in the room would have been useful.

− There was a safety drill which was normal in a facility like this. However, the safety officer did not brief the gathering what it was all about. Some of the guests may not have experienced this before as such the need for explanation. The time response to the alarm, should have been stated so that everyone will know how we all performed and will take that for future reference.
