10.0Have been coming to this hotel for over 13 years. Would not consider staying anywhere else. Great location and great staff. Ekaterina makes us feel like we’re home as soon as we walk in the door. Could not ask for a better host.

10.0Amazing experience as always. This is my 4th or 5th time staying here and it’s always great but since the renovation it’s really been an exceptional experience. The location cannot be beat, the spritzer from the bar at check in was delicious, staff was all amazing including housekeeping, rooms were clean and spacious. Overall very happy and cannot wait to come back.
Beautiful restorative stay
10.0Just stayed at Casa Loma and fell in love. I was suppose to be visiting with cousins locally who fell ill and we decided I stay and do my thing but no risk getting sick. I am originally from California. This was the best choice. Casa Loma has really done Amazing job of blending old California charm with elegance and design. They r were thoughtful in curating absolutely everything from the furniture to the extra options in the room. They really pay attention to the beautiful simple luxuries of life. If you enjoy the California experience they’ve out done themselves. On another travelers note in general Laguna Beach is ideal for non smokers the entire city is smoke free of al Tabasco, cannabis and anything that exhales smoke. Perfect for me - may not be for others
