7.0Das beste war definitiv das Frühstück und die Aussicht. Der Service am Mittag war extrem langsam und unaufmerksam und das ganze wiederholte sich am Pool. Wir waren sicherlich ein wenig enttäuscht vom Servicelevel eines Leading Hotels. Das Hotel mit dem Museum Charakter hatte seine charmanten Seiten und der ATM-Geldautomat war schon fast ein Highlight.

− Habe eine Junior sweet gebucht bekommen, haben wir Standard Zimmer Rezeptionistin war unerfahren und hatte kein Plan sie hat nicht mal entschuldigt. Nach große Diskussion haben wir die gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Das Geld nicht wert.

5.0The views from the lounge and the bar were excellent and the breakfast was good. The chauffeurs taking us to and fro the city centre were amazing.
− The room was very sad. The size was too small and especially the bathroom was so tiny that two of us were unable to be in the bathroom at the same time. And the facilities were extremely poor.
