8.0The environment, staff and breakfast
− During the booking process a 1-year and 3-year old child were allocated their own room and the staff did not want to discuss the matter. We were 6 adults and 5 children (1 and 3 year old included) and we booked 6 rooms, one of which was not used. We were forced to invited a person on the street to utiilse the room on the last day.
