10.0Great location, easy walk to everything. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful view of the duomo. I was able to paint a gorgeous landscape from the window.

− Tromp lóueille room on first floor; website gave the impression that the whole hotel was in this style. It should be pointed out that only one room was like this, not the whole hotel.
