10.0They've had a remodel & currently an outside face-lift, great rooms, very welcoming & helpful staff members! This will be our Bloomington/Normal go-to from here on out!!
Acceptable but not pleasant.
6.0The staff were very nice.
− Our room had an air conditioner that whined and sounded like a spaceship taking off, and it would tick and thump loudly six or seven times before the compressor kicked in. All night. This was on low; on high, it sounded like a jet engine. The breakfast was sad. The fried eggs were haunted. We had just come from a Country Inn property in Grand Rapids Michigan that was quite good so this was a bit of a disappointment.

8.0− I asked to extend my stay 1 night, from 2 nights to 3. I was charged for 5 nights, the 1st 2 nights and then i was charged for the 1st 2 nights a second time along with the 3rd night.
