− Hotel old, elevator small, air conditioner works good but needs cleaning.

7.0The staff are very helpful, and the housekeeping service is efficient and thorough. The highlight is definitely the excellent location, with Trader Joe’s, Target, and even Times Square all within walking distance.
− Unfortinately, the only bad thing is the strong smell of smoking in the whole floor and aile despite clearly stated "non-smoking" sign on every room.
If you consider the cost benefit it worth it.
7.0The location is good, 5 min from 5th avenue, the lift has a pantograph door what can be hard to get in or out, it has a spring to close automatically so you have to hold the door to keep it open.
− Some guests were doing drugs. The acoustic isolation , doesn't work, if it has a one,we can listen private conversation in the adjacents rooms and corridor.
