− Le ménage n’a pas été fait ni le changement des serviettes ni le lit pendant 6 jours ! Malgré une demande au lobby a mi séjour. Étant en rupture de shampoing, j’ai dû demander pour la dernière nuit le nécessaire. Pas très sérieux comme établissement !
Wonderful Stay
10.0I stayed here many times while taking care of a loved one in the area, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to retreat to each evening. The rooms were impeccably clean and had a wonderful charm to them—being able to actually open the windows for fresh air made such a difference and made the space feel so comfortable. Above all, the staff was extraordinary. They were exceptionally thoughtful, kind, and helpful throughout my extended stay. Their genuine warmth and care meant so much during a challenging time. I highly recommend staying here!
A wonderful gem in Wisconsin
10.0The atmosphere at the hotel was amazing. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. During the week at 5pm the staff put out cheese, biscuits and wine to welcome their visitors. This is such a warm and friendly thing to do. The hotel believes in extending hospitality to visitors and they show it in all they do. Breakfast was superb!
