− Noises noisey and noisey.could not sleep due to very loud banging and noise.

7.0Location. The space in the room I booked was nice it even had a kitchen.
− The air conditioning was extremely noisy, also you can hear everything that’s happening in the street from the room, cars passing by and people talking way above normal speaking volume in the parking lot at 3-4am and I was in the 4th floor.

6.0I wasn’t told about the breakfast, found out after checkout when reviewing the confirmation The location is good & close to a variety of restaurants. Having never stayed at long term stay didn’t know what to expect
− Staff wasn’t communicative & not forthcoming with information. Asked for a luggage cart & it felt like it was a big favor. Requested a late checkout & had to practically beg. Didn’t know about breakfast till after checkout.bc staff doesn’t bother saying anything at checkin btw the above was based on all front desk staff at multiple hours, even over the phone, they were kind of rud. The room smelled like food, when I arrived & the a/c didn’t cool too much
