3.0The bed was comfortable.
− There was no hot water and the front desk staff just said there was nothing that could be done about it. When checking out I asked to be compensated for it and she said there was no manager on staff so they weren’t going to do anything. $500 for one night stay without hot water to shower or wash hands is ridiculous!
My son and I had a wonderful mini vacation!

Belongings Missing from Hotel Room
6.0− The hotel itself was clean, and our stay was enjoyable. Unfortunately, after checking out, we realized that some of our belongings were missing from our room. We contacted the hotel, but were told that nothing had been found. While I appreciate their response, the missing items and the lack of resolution left us disappointed and concerned. I hope the hotel takes situations like this seriously and improves its procedures for handling guests’ belongings.
