Tired but clean hotel in Wall St area
6.0Hotel is in need of an upgrade. Furniture is tired. . Moldy and missing grout in bathroom. Water in bathroom sink comes out in a trickle. It was clean! Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was complimentary but limited. No juice or fruit. This hotel is adjacent to Pearl St which is a pedestrian restaurant street. Lots of noisy outside eating and drinking late at night.
