8.0An absolute lovely hotel in a excellent location. We didn't have air conditioning and apparently, that is the norm in Scotland. However, we outsiders do not know that air con is not standard. I may have missed it when booking but perhaps putting it in bold so we know there isn't airconditioning. I will say though, the staff was extremely accommodating- they brought me a portable one the minute I brought my concern to them.

− בחדר לא היה מזגן, ורק בדיעבד הבנתי שהחדר שהזמנתי הוא ללא מזגן. לכן אני לא מדרג נמוך את החדר.

− Migliorerei la colazione. Cornetti e brioche erano completamente freddi e non vi era modo di scaldarli. Darei la possibilità anche di yogurt greco. Migliorerei le parti in comune che danno idea di hotel trasandato x nulla in linea con le stanze che sono invece ben curate
