A Great Midweek Vacation.
10.0My reservation at Microtel Inn in Montville/Uncasville vicinity was definitely beyond my expectations. Receptionist was both knowledgeable and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and everything worked perfectly. Kudos to the manager and stafff. I’m definitely coming back, bringing a few friends and recommending this inn to everyone.

Convenient loction, clean and basic. The booking problems was very frustrating.
6.0Room was clean and location excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful albeit with limitations.
− There was no record of our reservsation through Booking.com, even though I had the reservsation and confirmaiton number for the exact date. They said it was Booking.com's problem but when I followed up with Booking.com I was told it as Microtel's problem. They secured a room for me but if I am double charged it becomes my headache. Also, the breakfast very lackluster. Coffee not too good.
