After several stays at this hotel I've noticed the quality and level of service has declined. The most recent was atrocious and I'll not go back again. When I arrived I found the aircon was faulty with the hotel staff unable to resolve which wasn't helped with it being one of the hottest days of the year. I asked for an alternative room but my request was ignored and I was simply told the maintenance man would look at it in the morning. The next morning the choice of items for a cooked breakfast was beans, soggy hash browns and sausages. Upon leaving I told the hotel staff that I was not pleased with how things had gone and was simply told to have a nice day. Never again.

A regular hotel for our Milton Keynes stays the staff are always lovely, friendly and helpful. All rooms we have stayed in have been cleaned to a good standard and breakfast is included in the stay price there is a decent spread of food in the morning however it can get very busy during breakfast. Also plenty of parking available which is a plus

I recently visited and felt uncomfortable with how I was treated by the female receptionist. When I mentioned my gluten allergy, I was made to feel small and ashamed, as if it were an inconvenience. She then offered me vegan food, even though my allergy isn’t a dietary choice. It’s a medical condition. I hope the staff receive better training so guests with allergies are treated with understanding and respect.

Convenient location although parking can be a challenge as it is right next door to a Harvester. This is a popular hotel for business travellers, families and couples. Unlike some HIE beds are doubles or singles no king size or superking. The public areas are large and the restaurant does have a broader menu now but still limited. In fairness you get what you expect with the HIE brand which we appreciate as regular guests. The team are always very helpful, friendly, professional and empathetic to issues. This hotel can be noisy due to inconsiderate guests. Some parents allow their children to run around corridors as a playground , loud conversations and phone calls in corridors at all hours. It’s a challenge which isn’t really the hotels fault and I’m not sure why they get more than their fair share of thoughtless guests.

Back Again! - Great Stay

Repeat visit. Again, it's clean ,tidy and the helpful, professional staff make this place - I use this hotel for business meetings in the vast lounge area - it's easy to get to and free parking helps Clients stay without watching the clock. For me, it's not too expensive and the buffet breakfast is plentiful. Willen Lake is behind the hotel which is a great circular route for running/walking

Stayed here last week, nice hotel...Max was amazing, couldnt do enough to make my stay more pleasurable :) will definitely stay again.
