5.0The facilities worked - the toilets flushed, the rooms were cleaned and the area was safe.
− The staff was impolite, the receptionist was unwelcoming. When we arrived for check in, he got up and left. Despite the hotel being self check in, there is a level of decorum that needs to be instated.

7.0The sizes of the rooms and the beds were comfortable. The vending machines with drinks and pizza were a good option. The neighbourhood was quiet.
− The people in the reception were not so welcoming. The bathroom was not so clean and when you showered the whole floor filled up with water. The location was further away from the center than expected.
