9.0La posizione vicino a Soho. Peccato che la parte "Sport" dell' hotel fosse un pò lontana ma risolvibile con la navetta che passa ogni 10 minuti. Struttura di buon livello. Ottima la gestione da parte del Manager, anche se qualche altro dipendente, per quanto gentile, alle volte è stato poco disponibile e comprensivo. Comunque lo staff in generale è stato cortese e disponibile anche l'ultimo giorno lasciandoci la stanza oltre l'orario di check out. Cibo molto buono, soprattutto visto che solitamente nei resort egiziani non si mangia granché. Stanza comoda e pulita.
− Sarebbe gradito se chi alloggia allo "Spott" potesse pranzare anche al buffet della struttura principale, magari comunicandolo anticipatamente perché capisco che devono organizzare il numero dei pasti e distribuirli nei vari ristoranti.

9.0Tesisin konumu muhteşem. Özellikle sağ taraftaki resifler harika. Soho square yakınlığı da gayet iyi. Yemek çeştliliği iyi. Ancak alacarte restoranları beklentiyi karşılamıyor. Kendi kuralları gereği saat 6 gibi denize girmeyi yasaklamaları ise enteresan. Ama sualtı herşeye değer.
− Özellikle alkoller daha iyi olabilir. Bu konuda genel bir kültürsüzlük mevcut.

8.0I would say Concorde stay was really good enjoyed , staff was well behaved and mr Hamid one of the staff of Concorde best people I met from the Egypt. Feel to be home.
