− O atendimento da recepção é muito pequeno, dada quantidade de hóspedes. Principalmente no horário de alta demanda ! O tempo de atendimento para check-in é check-out é muito demorado ! Para qualquer atendimento demoram muito. Poucos funcionários no atendimento.

− O atendimento deixa a desejar, na chegada recebemos um atendimento antipático e sem explicações claras. O acesso ao hotel pelo estacionamento não é bem orientado. O quarto não conta com aquecedor e nem ar quente, além disso não foram disponibilizadas cobertas extras. Quando solicitamos uma única coberta a mais a justificativa da atendente é que não havia disponibilidade porque alguns quartos já haviam pego cinco cobertas.
Não vale o preço.
