8.0The location , so close to the Termini Train Station, makes it very convenient. Although we had to book out early, they were happy to store our luggage and they have a lounge where you can relax while waiting for your transport. The breakfasts were good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staff were welcoming. We had to depart early so staff organiseda take away breakfast for our group.

− the location is not safe! we were told our room was in another building we didn't even know existed. the pictures and the room don't match. everything is so old and outdated, no reception in another building.
