− Quarto extremamente frio, sem opção de ar condicionado quente e frio. Além disso, frigobar estava vazando e molhando o quarto inteiro, faltaram toalhas de piso e rosto (o que foi avisado mais de uma vez na recepção) e luminárias sem funcionar. Na véspera do meu check out me sugeriram uma troca de quarto. O valor da diária definitivamente não condiz com o que a hospedagem entregou.
