10.0I stay here multiple times and it never disappoints. Central location but still away from busy and noisy areas. Service and food is consistent throughout the years. The best hotel in this area after trying many other hotels. Special mention to Paranthaman and Rajiv Gandhi from housekeeping who always my room is clean and comfortable. I had some issues this time when checking in and the housekeeping manager immediately rectified it and followed up through my stay. Service is unmatched. I will always return here.
