Hidden wonder in city centre
10.0I am writing this review so that maximum people should get to know about this hidden wonder in Delhi city centre. Honestly this is one of the best 5 star property to go for in Delhi. If anyone is looking for a staycation, business, family, friends trip then this is one shop stop. Starting from the guest services agent at reception, agents/ supervisors in restaurants, staff at pool area in a nutshell everywhere in property are extremely humble and ready to assist. Taj is a well known brand but these people in brand are really giving extra effort to make your stay memorable. Would like to give a loud shoutout to Mr Pradeep Kumar Dubey, Himanshi , Ujjwal , Tanu , Nischay , Mr Laxmi and Team from lounge team are some name which I could remember and would like to really appreciate there effort. Lastly would like to add that these people aren't just making your stay memorable but they are creating exceptional experiences which you will remember lifelong. To the leadership please do appreciate each one of them for doing tremendous jobs. Regards Haroon

10.0Excellent stay and service , both me and my wife had a great experience at the Taj. Modern rooms, top notch facilities. The breakfast and the evening snacks and drinks at the Taj Lounge were the highlights. Special thanks to Mr. Lakshmi at the lounge and the team at breakfast for impeccable service.
− Almost none, except at checkout the deposit blocked on my card was not released on time despite the full payment being done, they could have handled this better considering it's a Taj property.
