7.0The property was in a great location with the Mall of Georgia across the street. The hotel was clean and in great condition. The bed and pillows were comfortable and a great shower with good pressure.
− That we had to pay for parking.
IHG front desk staff played in my face; won't book anymore

− I asked upon check in for a late checkout.... they kept stalling to give me an answe... told me to ask the early a.m. of check out.. Then when that time came, They denied my request... ill never stay here again...probably won't stay at any more IHG affiliated for that matter
